We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with all orders placed with If one reason or another you are not satisfied, we will issue a store credit , if merchandise returned within 20 days of you receiving the order.

Return Policy:

-Merchandise must be returned within 20 days.

-Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Nor can it be dirty for any reason.

-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Unique Stockroom hangtags, attached and /or the packaging it came in if applicable.

-Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

-Hair accessories, earnings, ear cuffs, panties, lingerie, underwear and body suits cannot be returned.

-All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

-All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

-Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

-The merchandise returned must have no unusual oders (ie: cigarette smoke) and not have any thing on it such as animal fur.

Return Procedure:

-At this time we only give store credit on the return. We do not offer refunds.

-No exchanges only store credits. You may exchange your product at our store location only.

-Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Store credit is for the full amount originally paid.

-If items that were returned do not have the original tags, the Company will deduct $10 from the amount being credited or refunded, to cover the costs of re-packaging.

-Indicate on your invoice which items your returning. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.

– All Freight charges  from merchandise being returned are to be paid by the customer. The least expensive way is standard Canada Post.

-Unless we have made a mistake in shipping you the wrong items or wrong sizes or wrong colors , please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will remedy the situation immediately at our  cost.

You can also return the merchandise yourself at our store location at the above address, and we will issue a store credit  immediately. You may also exchange for something else or another size at our store location.

Only one return per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before making a return of a portion of your order.

Until the Company receives the returned item(s), you are responsible for any loss. Where appropriate, your store credit will be given to your account within seven (7) days after we receive your return. If you return an item not accompanied by the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and giving you credit.

-Store credit can only be used online at our website, unless you received the store credit at our store location. Then it can only be used at the store location.

-Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

-Store credit never expires.

-Store credit is provided in Canadian Dollars.
